Welcome to Prader-Willi Collaboration ("PWC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, online communities, courses, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any of our services, you agree to these legally binding Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.


2. Use of Our Services

Our services, courses, and community discussions are for educational and support purposes only related to Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS).Users must be 18 years or older to access our paid programs.You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our resources solely for personal educational use.Sharing, reselling, or redistributing our content, including course materials, PDFs, or videos, is strictly prohibited.You may not provide third-party access to your account or share login credentials.


3. Community Guidelines

Our online communities and shared Zoom meetings are strictly for PWS-related discussions and support. We foster an environment where caregivers and professionals can learn together, exchange PWS experiences and challenges, share case studies, and support each other.The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate expulsion from our communities, courses, and resources without refund:

Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind.Vulgar or inappropriate language, including swearing and cursing.Misinformation, spamming, or solicitation.Disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning environment.Unauthorized sharing, recording, or distribution of course materials or community discussions.

We reserve the right to moderate discussions and remove users who do not adhere to these guidelines.


4. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

All payments for courses, consultations, and resources are non-refundable.Users may cancel subscriptions or services at any time, but no refunds or partial refunds will be issued.In the case of a technical issue preventing access to paid content, we will work with you to resolve the issue.


5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, including text, videos, PDFs, and training materials, is proprietary to Prader-Willi Collaboration.Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution on any website, social media, or other platforms is strictly prohibited.Any violation may result in legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.


6. Medical & Psychological Disclaimer

The information provided through the Prader-Willi Collaboration (PWC) and the Prader-Willi Optimization System (PWOS), including but not limited to course content, consultations, live discussions, written materials, videos, and community interactions, is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, psychological treatment, or individualized care planning.

Dr. Larry Genstil, Ph.D., is a psychologist specializing in PWS with over 45 years of experience in research, direct care, consultation, and training. The methods, strategies, and techniques shared through PWOS and PWC are based on decades of hands-on experience and are designed to offer caregivers the most effective and structured approaches to PWS care. While these techniques have proven successful in many cases, each individual with PWS is unique, and their needs may vary.

Caregivers and professionals using the information provided are solely responsible for assessing and determining its appropriateness for the specific individuals under their care. The Prader-Willi Collaboration, PWOS, Dr. Larry Genstil, Ph.D., and any associated professionals do not assume responsibility for the direct care, management, or outcomes of any individual’s treatment plan.

All medical, behavioral, or psychological concerns should be addressed with qualified healthcare providers, medical professionals, and specialists in PWS. If at any time you have concerns about the health, safety, or well-being of a person with PWS, seek immediate assistance from a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services.

Neither Dr. Larry Genstil, Ph.D., nor PWC/PWOS shall be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use of the information provided.

We provide our courses and community "as is" without warranties of any kind.We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in our programs or use of our resources.Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PWC and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities.


8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
